AIQ Detect turns your flexible N-EUPEX and RUPEX coupling into a smart component. The digital coupling sensor monitors the wear condition of the elastomers and also measures the direction of rotation and speed. This allows you to monitor the condition of your coupling around the clock.

Continuous and permanent monitoring of the clutch with AIQ Detect prevents unplanned failures and increases operational reliability. Above all, however, it is also the basis for condition-based maintenance. Instead of replacing the elastomers at regular intervals, thanks to AIQ Detect, the replacement can now be carried out in a targeted manner and only when necessary. With AIQ Detect, the condition of your flexible coupling is always assessed in the same way based on valid measured values. Therefore, there is no need to teach or train personnel for monitoring. As soon as the wear limit of the elastomers is reached, the sensor reports the change in condition. There is still enough time to plan maintenance. Annual routine maintenance can mean several hours of time and system downtime. AIQ Detect can save you this effort in the long term.

‍3. MONITOR FUNCTION

The sensor not only checks the wear of the elastomers, but also records every revolution of the coupling. Based on this data, AIQ Detect can determine and output the speed and direction of rotation. This allows you to ensure that the driveline is moving correctly at all times.

‍4. CONVENIENT STATUS MONITORING WITH EXTENSIVE CONNECTION OPTIONS

With AIQ Detect, you can always keep an eye on your coupling. The wear status of the elastomers is displayed directly on the sensor via a colored LED light strip. You can also call up the status in the AIQ app via a Bluetooth connection. A wired PLC interface is available to connect to your system controller. You can configure the connection assignment and adjust warnings. You can also monitor the coupling status online in the AIQ Portal. To do this, must connect the AIQ Detect to an existing AIQ Core, whose WiFi connection is then used for data transmission.
